In regulation 8 (eligibility – supply of optical appliances) after paragraph (3)(k) insert—
“(ka)
he is a category 2 young person within the meaning of section 104(2) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 to whose maintenance a responsible local authority is contributing under section 109(1) of that Act;”.
