195.  In paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 2 (remissions and part remissions) to the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) (Judicial Review) (England and Wales) Fees Order 2011(1), in paragraph (c) of the definition of “excluded benefits”—

(a) omit “the Community Care, Services for Carers and Children’s Services (Direct Payments) (Wales) Regulations 2011”;

(b) after “2002” omit “or”;

(c) after “1968” insert “or under regulations made under sections 50 to 53 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
