(1)

Regulation 9 (circumstances in which a person is to be treated as being or not being a member of the household) is amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph (3)(a)—

(a)

after “the Children Act 1989” insert “or, as the case may be, section 81 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”;

(b)

for “that Act” substitute “the Children Act 1989”.

(3)

In paragraph (3A)(a) after “the Children Act 1989” insert “or, as the case may be, section 81 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
