(Nid yw’r nodyn hwn yn rhan o’r Gorchymyn)
Mae erthygl 2 o’r Gorchymyn hwn yn diwygio Atodlen 2A i Ddeddf Tai 1985. Mae Atodlen 2A yn rhestru’r troseddau difrifol sy’n ymwneud â’r seiliau absoliwt ar gyfer meddiannu am ymddygiad gwrthgymdeithasol y darperir ar eu cyfer gan adran 84A o Ddeddf Tai 1985 (tenantiaethau diogel), a sail 7A o Ran 1 o Atodlen 2 i Ddeddf Tai 1988 (tenantiaethau sicr). Mae adrannau 1 a 2 o Ddeddf Caethwasiaeth Fodern 2015 yn cyflwyno troseddau sy’n ymwneud â chaethwasiaeth, caethwasanaeth a llafur o dan orfod neu lafur gorfodol, a masnachu pobl yn y drefn honno. Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn ychwanegu’r troseddau hyn at Atodlen 2A i Ddeddf Tai 1985.
Ystyriwyd Cod Ymarfer Gweinidogion Cymru ar gynnal Asesiadau Effaith Rheoleiddiol mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn hwn. O ganlyniad, ystyriwyd nad oedd yn angenrheidiol cynnal asesiad effaith rheoleiddiol o’r costau a’r manteision sy’n debygol o ddeillio o gydymffurfio â’r offeryn hwn.
