In Schedule 2A2 (absolute ground for possession for anti-social behaviour: serious offences) after paragraph 29 insert—

“Modern slavery29A

An offence under either of the following sections of the Modern Slavery Act 20153—

(a)

section 1 (slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour),

(b)

section 2 (human trafficking).”
