Title and commencement E+W

1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Firefighters’ Pension (Wales) Scheme (Amendment and Transitional Provisions) Order 2016.

(2) This Order comes into force on 31 December 2016 but article 2(2) has effect from 1 December 2006(1).
