Provisions coming into force on 1 August 20163.
The following provisions of the Act come into force, to the extent specified, on 1 August 2016—
(a)
section 38(1) (duty to withdraw approval) for all purposes; and
(b)
section 40 (publication etc of notice) for all remaining purposes.
