Title and interpretation1.

The title of this Order is the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2015.

In this Order “Measure” means the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011.
Commencement2.
Section 108 of the Measure (enforcement policy document) comes into force at 16:00 on 25 March 2015.
This Order is made under section 156(2) of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (“the Measure”). Article 2 of this Order brings section 108 of the Measure into force which requires the Welsh Language Commissioner to have an enforcement policy document.
The following provisions of the Measure have been brought into force by commencement orders made before the date of this Order:
