Title, commencement and interpretation E+W

1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Community Health Councils (Establishment, Transfer of Functions and Abolition) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2015 and it comes into force on 1 April 2015.

(2) In this Order “principal Order” (“prif Orchymyn”) means the Community Health Councils (Establishment, Transfer of Functions and Abolition) (Wales) Order 2010(1).
