This Order brings into force on 27 February 2015 Chapter 1 of Part 1 (which is sections 1 to 5) of the Education Act 2002. That Chapter gives powers, which are now vested in Welsh Ministers, to make orders to facilitate the implementation of innovative projects and makes provision about matters related to those powers.
