The title of this Order is the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2015.

In this Order—
“the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Housing (Wales) Act 2014;
“the 1992 Act” (“Deddf 1992”) means the Local Government Finance Act 19922.
