Modification of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998

2.  Section 46(4) of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998(1) is modified as follows—

(a) at the end of paragraph (b) omit “and”;

(b) at the end of paragraph (c) insert—

“; and

(d) the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014.”

1998 c. 39. Section 46(4)(a) has been repealed by section 72 of and paragraph 2 of Schedule 20 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013. The repeal does not yet have effect in Wales.
