Cyflenwi dogfen symud
25.—(1) Pan symudir anifail i ddaliad, rhaid i gludwr yr anifail hwnnw roi i’r ceidwad yn y daliad hwnnw—
(a)copi o’r ddogfen symud, neu
(b)os, yn unol ag erthygl 24(9), nad oes dogfen symud, allbrint o’r wybodaeth y cyfeirir ati yn yr erthygl honno.
(2) Rhaid i weithredwr pwynt cofnodi canolog hysbysu gweithredwr y gronfa ddata ganolog ynghylch symudiadau anifeiliaid i mewn ac allan o’i fangre, yn electronig, o fewn 3 diwrnod ar ôl y symudiad.
(3) Pan nad yw’r daliad ar ben y daith yn bwynt cofnodi canolog, rhaid i’r ceidwad yn y daliad ar ben y daith hysbysu gweithredwr y gronfa ddata ganolog ynghylch cael yr anifeiliaid hynny, mewn unrhyw fodd a ganiateir gan Weinidogion Cymru, o fewn 3 diwrnod ar ôl cael yr anifeiliaid.
(4) Yn achos anifail a symudir o ddaliad i borthladd ac a fwriedir ar gyfer ei draddodi allan o Brydain Fawr, rhaid i’r ceidwad yn y daliad hwnnw hysbysu gweithredwr y gronfa ddata ganolog ynghylch y symudiad hwnnw, mewn unrhyw fodd a ganiateir gan Weinidogion Cymru, o fewn 3 diwrnod ar ôl symud yr anifail.
