3. Bydd y Fframwaith Cenedlaethol Tân ac Achub, a luniwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru, sy’n dwyn yr enw “Fframwaith Cenedlaethol Tân ac Achub Cymru 2016” ac a gyhoeddwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru ar 25 Tachwedd 2015, yn cael effaith fel adolygiad, sy’n ymddangos i Weinidogion Cymru yn arwyddocaol, o Fframwaith Cenedlaethol Tân ac Achub Cymru 2012(1).
