A database operator may appeal to the First-tier tribunal against a notice served under regulation 7.

A keeper may appeal to the First-tier tribunal against a notice served under regulation 12(a).

A person authorised to implant microchips under regulation 9(1)(c) or 9(1)(d) may appeal to the First-tier tribunal against a notice served under regulation 9(2).

An appeal under this regulation suspends the effect of the notice appealed against until the appeal is determined or withdrawn.

On appeal the First-tier tribunal may affirm, vary or revoke the notice appealed against.
