1. The agreement must contain the following information—E+W
(a)the services to be provided to the responsible authority by the [F2registered provider],
(b)the arrangements for the selection by the responsible authority of F from those approved by the [F3registered provider],
(c)a requirement for the [F4registered provider] to submit reports to the responsible authority on any placements as may be required by the responsible authority, and
(d)the arrangements for the termination of the agreement.
