Provisions coming into force on 1 January 20162.

The appointed day for the following provisions of the Education (Wales) Act 2014 coming into force is 1 January 2016—

(a)

section 14 (school teachers and school learning support workers) to the extent it is not already in force;

(b)

section 16 (further education learning support workers); and

(c)

the second and fourth rows of Table 1 in paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 (categories of registration).
