Despite the repeal of section 30 of the 1997 Act by the Act, a qualification accredited by the Welsh Ministers pursuant to that section is to continue to be treated as an accredited qualification for the purposes of the definition of “further education course” in regulation 3 of the National Minimum Wage Regulations 201515.
