Provisions coming into force on 6 August 2015
2. The following provisions of the Qualifications Wales Act 2015 come into force on 6 August 2015—
(a)section 2(1) (establishment of Qualifications Wales);
(b)section 2(2) so far as it relates to Part 1 and paragraph 37 of Schedule 1;
(c)Part 1 of Schedule 1 (establishment of Qualifications Wales); and
(d)paragraph 37 (in Part 2) of Schedule 1 (consequential amendment to the Freedom of Information Act 2000(1)).
