15.—(1) A beneficiary must not fell a tree without the authority of a felling licence, in circumstances where a felling licence is required under section 9(1) of the Forestry Act 1967 M1.

(2) A beneficiary must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to take any steps required by a notice given to him or her under section 24 of the Forestry Act 1967 (notice to require compliance with conditions or directions) M2.
