Title, commencement, application and interpretation

1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (Commencement and Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Order 2014.

(2) This Order comes into force on 12 December 2014.

(3) This Order applies in relation to Wales and the Welsh inshore region.

(4) In this Order the “Welsh inshore region” (“rhanbarthglannauCymru”) has the meaning given by section 322(1) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
