1.  Raw meat to which no ingredient other than proteolytic enzymes has been added.U.K.

2.  Frozen and quick-frozen chicken to which Article 15 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 543/2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 as regards the marketing standards for poultrymeat M1 applies and the water content of which does not exceed the technically unavoidable values determined as provided for in that Article.U.K.
