SCHEDULE 2
For the purposes of regulation 5 the following are the prescribed bodies:
1.
A further education corporation.
2.
The governing body of a designated institution.
3.
The governing body of a school maintained by a local authority
4.
A local authority.
5.
A university in receipt of financial support from F1the Commission for Tertiary Education and Research.
6.
A higher education corporation.
