The Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009 (Amendment) Order 2014

Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2)
The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 38(2) of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 20091.
In accordance with section 50(5) of that Measure, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
In accordance with section 38(3)(b) of that Measure, the Welsh Ministers have consulted with the Police and Crime Commissioners in Wales, representatives of local authorities in Wales, and those representatives of community planning partners as they consider appropriate.
