The Counsel General makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) and (3) of the National Assembly for Wales (Remuneration) Measure 20101, following written notification from the Presiding Officer under section 5(4) of that Measure, that a resolution has been passed by the National Assembly for Wales2.
