53.—(1) The Schedule to the European Communities (Designation) Order 1996 M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In the entry in Column (2) relating to the Forestry Commissioners, after “Measures” insert “ applying otherwise than in relation to Wales ”.

(3) After the entry relating to the Forestry Commissioners insert—

“The Welsh Ministers

Measures applying in relation to Wales and relating to the common agricultural policy of the European Union in respect of forestry.”
