112.—(1) Regulation 2(1) of the Nuclear Reactors (Environmental Impact Assessment for Decommissioning) Regulations 1999 M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In the definition of “the consultation bodies”—

(a) in sub-paragraph (d), omit “and Wales”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (f), for “the Countryside Council for Wales” substitute “ the Natural Resources Body for Wales ”.
