117. The Reservoirs Act 1975 is amended as follows(1).
This Schedule also contains amendments to provisions of Schedule 4 to the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (c. 29), which are not yet fully in force, inserting provisions into the Reservoirs Act 1975.
