Coming into force

The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on the Welsh Ministers by section 20(2A) and on the Secretary of State by section 21(1) of, and paragraphs 1 and 13 to 25 of Schedule 4 to, the Further and Higher Education Act 19921 and now exercisable by them2.
