Coming into force
This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 16(1)(a) and 17 of the Further and Higher Education Act 19921 and now exercisable by the Welsh Ministers2.
The Welsh Ministers have published a draft and summary of this Order in accordance with section 16A of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 and the Further Education Corporations (Publication of Draft Orders) (Wales) Regulations 20073.
Accordingly, the Welsh Ministers make the following Order:
