Diwygio Rheoliadau Llaeth Ysgol (Cymru) 2008

7.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Llaeth Ysgol (Cymru) 2008(1) fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn rheoliad 2 (dehongli)—

(a)yn y diffiniad o “cymorth Cymunedol” (“Community aid”) yn lle “Erthygl 102(1) o Reoliad y Cyngor” rhodder “Erthygl 26(1) o Reoliad (EU) 2013”;

(b)yn y diffiniad o “cymorth gwladol” (“national aid”) yn lle “Erthygl 102(2) o Reoliad y Cyngor” rhodder “Erthygl 217 o Reoliad (EU) 2013”;

(c)hepgorer y diffiniad o “Rheoliad y Cyngor” (“the Council Regulation”);

(d)ar ôl y diffiniad o “y rheolau Cymunedol” (“the Community rules”) mewnosoder y diffiniad canlynol—

“ystyr “Rheoliad (EU) 2013” (“Regulation (EU) 2013”) yw Rheoliad Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor a fabwysiadwyd ar 16 Rhagfyr 2013 sy’n sefydlu trefniant cyffredin ar gyfer y marchnadoedd mewn cynhyrchion amaethyddol ac yn diddymu Rheoliadau’r Cyngor (EEC) Rhif 922/72, (EEC) Rhif 234/79, (EC) Rhif 1037/2001 ac (EC) Rhif 1234/2007, fel y’i diwygir o bryd i’w gilydd;”.
