Amodau cyffredinol yr hawl i gael benthyciadau cyfrannu at ffioedd a benthyciadau at ffioedd

21.—(1) Mae gan fyfyriwr cymwys hawl i gael benthyciad cyfrannu at ffioedd neu fenthyciad at ffioedd mewn cysylltiad â’i bresenoldeb ar gwrs dynodedig yn unol â’r Rhan hon ar yr amod nad yw’r myfyriwr wedi ei hepgor o fod â hawl gan y paragraff canlynol, rheoliad 6 neu reoliad 7.

(2) Nid oes gan fyfyriwr cymwys hawl i gael benthyciad cyfrannu at ffioedd neu fenthyciad at ffioedd mewn perthynas â blwyddyn academaidd—

(a)os yw’r flwyddyn honno—

(i)yn flwyddyn bwrsari;

(ii)yn flwyddyn Erasmus cwrs a ddarperir gan sefydliad yn yr Alban neu Ogledd Iwerddon; neu

(iii)yn flwyddyn Erasmus cwrs a ddarperir gan sefydliad yng Nghymru neu Loegr os dechreuodd y cwrs cyn 1 Medi 2012; neu

(b)os yw’r cwrs dynodedig yn hen gwrs ôl-radd hyblyg ar gyfer hyfforddiant cychwynnol i athrawon.

(3) Nid yw paragraff (2) yn gymwys mewn perthynas â chwrs mynediad graddedig carlam.
