2. The following provisions of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 come into force on 7 January 2014—
(a)section 120(2);
(b)section 120(3);
(c)section 120(4) in so far as not already in force;
(d)section 123;
(e)section 124;
(f)section 125;
(g)section 127;
(h)section 128;
(i)section 131;
(j)section 133; and
(k)Schedule 11 in so far as not already in force.
