Coming into force

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 172 of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 20111, make the following Regulations.

In accordance with section 172 of that Measure, a draft of these Regulations was laid before and approved by a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
