In these Regulations—

• “Approved Inspectors Regulations” (“Rheoliadau Arolygwyr Cymeradwy”) means the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 20105;

• “excepted energy building” (“adeilad ynni a eithrir”) has the same meaning as in the Schedule to the Welsh Ministers (Transfer of Functions) (No. 2) Order 20096;

• “occupant” (“meddiannydd”) means a person occupying a residence;

• “residence” (“preswylfa”) has the meaning set out in section 6(1) of the Measure7;

• “the Principal Regulations” (“y Prif Reoliadau”) means the Building Regulations 20108.
