Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau Adeiladu 2010 (“Rheoliadau 2010”).
Mae Rheoliad 2 yn cyflwyno Atodlen 3 newydd yn lle’r Atodlen gyfredol yn Rheoliadau 2010 o ran Cymru.
Mae’r Atodlen 3 newydd yn ychwanegu cyrff at y rhestr o gyrff ym mharagraffau 13, 17, 21, 22, 23 a 24 sy’n gallu cofrestru personau a awdurdodwyd o dan y cynllun hunanardystio y darperir ar ei gyfer gan reoliadau 12 ac 20 o Reoliadau 2010. Nid yw’r paragraffau sy’n weddill wedi newid o’r Atodlen fel yr oedd yn gymwys o ran Cymru ac eithrio adeiladau ynni a eithrir yng Nghymru.
