The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 32 of the Education (Wales) Measure 2011(1), make the following Order:
1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Education (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2013.
(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
2. Sections 22 to 25 of the Education (Wales) Measure 2011 come into force on 22 August 2013.

This is the second commencement order made by the Welsh Ministers under the Education (Wales) Measure 2011 (“the 2011 Measure”). The Order brings Chapter 2 of Part 2 of the 2011 Measure into force on 19 September 2013. Chapter 2 of Part 2 of the 2011 Measure makes provision about training for governors and clerks and the provision of a clerk to a school governing body.
