Manylion Daliadau

5.—(1) Rhaid i’r Grantî gyflwyno i Weinidogion Cymru fanylion y daliadau—

(a)am y cyfnod o 10 Medi 2013 i 31 Mawrth 2014 ar 31 Gorffennaf 2014 neu cyn hynny; ac wedi hynny

(b)am y cyfnod o 1 Ebrill i 31 Mawrth ar 31 Gorffennaf neu cyn hynny yn y flwyddyn y mae’r cyfnod hwnnw’n dod i ben.

(2) Rhaid i fanylion daliadau at ddibenion paragraff (1) gofnodi—

(a)cyfanswm pwysau byw blynyddol y grawn wystrys brodorol a heuwyd yn y bysgodfa;

(b)lleoliad y ffynhonnell y daeth y grawn wystrys brodorol ohoni;

(c)cyfanswm pwysau byw blynyddol yr holl wystrys brodorol a gymerwyd o’r bysgodfa;

(d)lleoliad y man y cymerwyd y wystrys brodorol ohono; a

(e)pa wybodaeth bellach bynnag a fydd yn ofynnol gan Weinidogion Cymru o bryd i’w gilydd ac yr hysbysir y Grantî ohoni.
