<Text>This Order is made by the Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the National Assembly for Wales by paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 8 and paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 10 to the Traffic Management Act 2004<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/> and now vested in them<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/>.</Text></P>
<P>
<Text>Flintshire County Council has applied to the Welsh Ministers for an Order to be made under these powers with respect to part of its area.</Text></P>
<P>
<Text>The Welsh Ministers have consulted the chief officer of North Wales Police in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 8 and paragraph 3(4) of Schedule 10 to the Traffic Management Act 2004.</Text></P>
