The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Flintshire) Designation (No. 2) Order 2013

This Order is made by the Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the National Assembly for Wales by paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 8 and paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 10 to the Traffic Management Act 20041 and now vested in them2.

Flintshire County Council has applied to the Welsh Ministers for an Order to be made under these powers with respect to part of its area.

The Welsh Ministers have consulted the chief officer of North Wales Police in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 8 and paragraph 3(4) of Schedule 10 to the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Accordingly, the Welsh Ministers make this Order.
