Amendment of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996

2.—(1) Section 3 of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996(1)(ineligible applicants) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit subsection (4).

(3) In subsection (4A) omit “made by the Secretary of State”.
