4. The 1983 Act applies to an existing agreement as it would apply to a local authority agreement made after the coming into force of the provisions brought into force by article 2 and The Mobile Homes Act 1983 (Amendment of Schedule 1 and Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Order 2013(1), but this is subject to article 5.
