<Text>The Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales has, in accordance with sections 54(1) and 58(3) of the Local Government Act 1972<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/>, submitted to the Welsh Ministers a report dated October 2011 on its review of, and proposals for, the communities of St. Mary Out Liberty, Saundersfoot and Tenby in the County of Pembrokeshire.</Text>
</P>
<P>
<Text>The Welsh Ministers have decided to give effect to those proposals without modifications.</Text>
</P>
<P>
<Text>More than six weeks have elapsed since those proposals were submitted to the Welsh Ministers.</Text>
</P>

<Title>Interpretation</Title>

<Text>In this Order—</Text>

<Text>“the Map” (“<Emphasis>y Map</Emphasis>”) means the map marked “Map referred to in the Pembrokeshire (St. Mary Out Liberty and Tenby Communities) Order 2012” and deposited in accordance with regulation 5 of the Regulations;</Text>
</Para>
</ListItem>
<ListItem>
<Para>
<Text>“the Regulations” (“<Emphasis>y Rheoliadau</Emphasis>”) means the Local Government Area Changes Regulations 1976<FootnoteRef Ref="f00003"/>;</Text>
</Para>
</ListItem>
<ListItem>
<Para>
<Text>any reference to an electoral division is a reference to an electoral division of the County of Pembrokeshire; and</Text>
</Para>
</ListItem>
<ListItem>
<Para>
<Text>where a boundary is shown on the map as running along a road, railway line, footway, watercourse or similar geographical feature, it is to be treated as running along the centre line of the feature.</Text>

<Text>The Local Government Area Changes Regulations 1976 (<Acronym Expansion="Statutory Instrument">S.I.</Acronym> <Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/uksi/1976/246" id="c00001" Year="1976" Number="0246" Class="UnitedKingdomStatutoryInstrument">1976/246</Citation>) referred to in article 2 of this Order contain incidental, consequential and supplementary provisions about the effect and implementation of orders such as this.</Text>
