The Planning Act 2008 (Commencement No. 1) (Wales) Order 2012 No. 802 (W. 111) (C. 20)

Provisions coming into force on 30 April 2012 in relation to Wales

2.  The following provisions of the Planning Act 2008 (so far as they are not yet in force) shall come into force in relation to Wales on 30 April 2012—

(a) section 188;

(b) section 197 and Schedule 11; and

(c) section 238 and Schedule 13, so far as they give effect to the repeals specified in the Schedule to this Order.
