The School Teachers' Qualifications (Wales) Regulations 2012

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on the National Assembly for Wales by sections 132, 145 and 210(7) of the Education Act 20021 now exercisable by them2, having consulted the General Teaching Council for Wales in accordance with section 132(4) of that Act, and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 19 and 42(6) and (7) of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998 now exercisable by them3 make the following Regulations:
