This article applies to the ordinary election of community councillors to community councils in the Isle of Anglesey county.

(2)

Elections which, but for this Order, would have taken place on the ordinary day of election of community councillors5in 2012 and every fourth year after 20126 will instead take place on the ordinary day of election of community councillors in 2013 and every fourth year after 2013.
