Commencement in specified areas on 31 March 2012

4.—(1) Paragraph (2) of this article applies in relation to the following local authority areas—

(a) Carmarthen;

(b) Ceredigion;

(c) Pembrokeshire; and

(d) Powys.

(2) Those provisions of the 2010 Measure set out in Schedule 2 come into force on 31 March 2012.
