Diwygio'r Prif Reoliadau
4. Yn rheoliad 7 —
(a)cyn “Rhaid i'r asiantaeth fabwysiadu”, mewnosoder “(1)”;
(b)ar ôl “o ran mabwysiadu” mewnosoder “er mwyn sicrhau bod y panel yn cael ei drefnu'n effeithiol ac yn gweithredu'n effeithlon.”;
(c)hepgorer “a rhaid i'r asiantaeth adolygu'r cyfarwyddiadau hynny yn gyson a, phan fydd yn briodol, eu diwygio.”; a
(d)mewnosoder fel is-baragraff newydd “(2) Rhaid i'r asiantaeth fabwysiadu adolygu'r cyfarwyddiadau yn rheoliad 7(1) yn gyson a'u diwygio pan fo hynny'n briodol.”.
