1.—(1) The title of this Order is the General Teaching Council for Wales (Additional Functions) (Amendment) Order 2012.
(2) Article 2(2)(b) and (c) of this Order comes into force on the day that section 7 of the Education Act 2011(1) comes into force and article 2(2)(a) comes into force on the day that section 8 of that Act comes into force.
