Article 2 of this Order provides for the transfer, on 1 June 2012, of the property listed in column 1 of Schedule 1 (and rights and liabilities arising from the property), from the Welsh Ministers to Velindre National Health Service Trust (the Trust).

Article 3 provides for the transfer, on 1 June 2012, of the property listed in column 2 of Schedule 2 (and rights and liabilities arising from such property) from the Local Health Board listed in column 1 of that Schedule to the Trust.

Article 4 provides that the Trust must abide by the terms of any leases that have been transferred to the Trust by articles 2 and 3.
